About Me

I’ve wanted to be a writer since I was a kid. The proof is in my fifth-grade yearbook. I went to the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I wrote for the school magazine, Blush, and was an editorial intern for a fashion and beauty site.

In 2016, I wrote an essay about my battle with anxiety and depression –– my first time going public on something I struggled with since childhood. After hearing how others were impacted by my story, I decided to continue writing about anything and everything mental health.

Since pursuing a career as a writer, I’ve been published in Teen Vogue, SELF, NYLON, Refinery29, Business Insider, VICE, High Times, Cosmopolitan, Billboard, SPIN, and more.

On top of journalistic pursuits, I have worked on many copywriting projects for companies across various industries, including beauty, health, fitness, fashion, and cannabis. I also have extensive experience writing SEO-optimized content for company blogs, especially start-ups, including Charlie Health, Grow Therapy, and Origin.
